ShortMovie Creator（以下「本ツール」）は、Daisuke Kimura（以下「開発者」）が自分のためだけに 作って使っている動画制作ツールです。一般の利用者の登録や利用は受け付けていません。 このポリシーは、本ツールと、この Web サイト（shortmovie.daikimura.dev）での情報の扱いを説明します。
1. Google ユーザーデータの扱い
求める権限
本ツールが Google に求める権限は、YouTube への動画のアップロード
（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload）だけです。
使い方
この権限は、本ツールで作った動画を、開発者本人の YouTube チャンネルにアップロードするためだけに使います。 アップロードは開発者が画面のボタンを押したときにだけ行い、公開設定は非公開です。
読まない情報
チャンネルや動画の一覧、再生回数、視聴履歴、コメント、メール、連絡先など、ほかの Google ユーザーデータは 読みません。上の権限では、そもそも読むことができません。
保存と共有
Google から受け取る認可の情報（アクセストークンとリフレッシュトークン）は、開発者の自宅のサーバーに、 開発者だけが読める権限のファイルとして保存します。第三者に渡したり、売ったり、広告に使ったりすることはありません。 人間がこの情報を読むこともありません。
削除と取り消し
認可は、Google アカウントの サードパーティのアクセスからいつでも取り消せます。 取り消すか、本ツールの利用をやめたときは、保存している認可の情報を削除します。
Limited Use
本ツールが Google API から受け取った情報の使用と他のアプリへの転送は、 Google API Services User Data Policy （Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。
2. YouTube API サービス
本ツールとこのサイトは、YouTube API サービスを使っています。YouTube の利用には YouTube 利用規約が、Google による情報の扱いには Google プライバシー ポリシーが適用されます。
3. 動画の制作に使うサービス
動画を作る過程で、テーマの文章や台本、画像の説明文を、文章生成（Z.ai）や動画生成（fal.ai）の外部サービスに送ることがあります。 送るのは開発者が入力したテーマと、そこから作った文章だけで、Google ユーザーデータは送りません。 ナレーションの声は開発者本人の録音から作り、開発者の自宅のサーバーの外には出しません。
4. この Web サイト
このサイトは Cookie やアクセス解析を使いません。ショート動画の一覧は YouTube の公開フィードから作り、 サムネイル画像は YouTube のサーバー（i.ytimg.com）から表示します。そのため、画像の表示のときに 閲覧者のブラウザが YouTube のサーバーに接続します。 サイトは Cloudflare Pages で配信しており、配信のために Cloudflare がアクセスの記録を扱うことがあります。

ShortMovie Creator ("the Tool") is a personal video production tool built and used only by its developer, Daisuke Kimura ("the Developer"). It is not offered to the public.
Google user data
- Scope requested: only
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. - Use: solely to upload videos created by the Tool to the Developer's own YouTube channel, as private videos, when the Developer presses the upload button. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
- Not accessed: the Tool does not read any other Google user data (channel or video lists, analytics, watch history, comments, email, contacts). The requested scope does not allow it.
- Storage and sharing: OAuth tokens are stored only on the Developer's home server in a file readable only by the Developer. They are never shared, sold, used for advertising, or read by humans.
- Revocation and deletion: access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. Stored tokens are deleted when access is revoked or the Tool is no longer used.
- Limited Use: the Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
The Tool and this site use YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Other services
To produce videos, the Tool may send the Developer's topic text and derived script or image prompts to text-generation (Z.ai) and video-generation (fal.ai) services. No Google user data is sent to them. The narration voice is built from the Developer's own recordings and never leaves the Developer's server.
This website
This site uses no cookies and no analytics. The list of Shorts is built from YouTube's public feed, and thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com). The site is served by Cloudflare Pages.
